There exists a possibility that your organisation policies do not allow external users to access Google forms created using work email or Google form is not accepting the data. To remove the restriction for a certain form, click on

1. Settings ( 1 )

2. Expand the responses tab ( ^ ) ( 2 )

3. Uncheck both the radio buttons under “ Requires Sign In “. ( 3 )
